Frusciante is principal and founder of Knowledge Designs to Change and brings over 25 years of experience in the social sector in advancing equity and supporting individuals and organizations in reaching their full potential. As a socio-political scholar, Dr. Frusciante’s research and practice are focused on philanthropic initiatives and the ways in which groups construct knowledge for social change.
Dr. Frusciante offers an experienced perspective and unique voice. She can provide background and historical information about knowledge work as it is engaged in social change efforts.
Dr. Frusciante is most passionate about engaging small to mid-size groups in exploring knowledge opportunities within grantmaking, essential elements of knowledge systems and practices, intersections of knowledge work and change strategy, and the potential of engaged research processes.
