Knowledge Designs to Change wants those working for positive social change and equity to have access to highest quality knowledge practices.   Knowledge Designs to Change works with foundations, grants professionals, collaboratives, non-profit intermediaries, and philanthropy-serving organizations and networks to engage more effectively in knowledge practices that maximize change. Our goal is to support social change and equity efforts by developing sound knowledge practices that are integrated directly into strategic social change efforts.
